Returns Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your Nexus Paintballing purchase, however, if you find you need to return an item the following terms apply:

All returns must be in NEW / UNUSED condition and must be received within 30 days from the initial delivery.  Any products that have been customized, modified, disassembled, or otherwise altered, are not returnable.  Special orders may not be returned.  All items returned for credit are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

If merchandise appears damaged in shipping, please contact our office within 3 business days of receipt of delivery so we can initiate a shipping claim.  You must retain all shipping packaging until the claim has been completed.

ALL returns must be pre-authorized.  Please send an email to: sales@nexuspaintballing.com with the order number, which items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.  Return Merchandise Authorization numbers are issued within 24 hours of receipt.  Please package your return safely so it is not damaged in transit.  All returns must be sent postage paid and have the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box.  Merchandise sent postage due, or without an RMA number will be refused.

Please allow 2-4 business days to process returned merchandise.  Refunds issued against credit cards should appear within 2 weeks from the date the return was processed.  Store credit is available immediately upon processing your return.  Exchanged items are generally shipped same or next business day if in stock.

There is absolutely no warranty expressed or implied on any brand or type of paintballs.  If you think paintballs were damaged in shipment, please contact us within 3 business days after delivery so we can initiate a claim with our shipping carrier.  Shipping claims are generally handled in 3-4 weeks.  You must preserve all original packaging from the shipment until the shipping company has completed processing the claim.

All paintball markers are covered under a warranty from their manufacturer.  Please contact the manufacturer with any concerns regarding service.  No refunds will be issued for markers that have been used.

Soft goods exchanged for a different size of the same product are not subject to the 20% restocking charge, however they must be returned in new / unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.  Preauthorization and return freight fees apply.
